Historical Moment in Bowling

This is my first post...

Well, last weekend, I have made a decision to start being active again.... Need to shed at least some on this excess weight I have been carrying around.. WHY NOW, YOU MIGHT ASKED?

After quite a long time, suddenly I was invited to 2 bowling tournaments held on the same day. One held by MMU Alumni, which is a team event... The other one is Inter-forum event, which is an individual tournament. Eventhough without having bowled for quite some time, I did not even hesitate to participate in both tournaments.. by the way, I am representing Melayu.com.. hehehehe

Well, first, to participate in the MMU Alumni tourney, I need a team. I tried searching for people whom I knew were good bowlers during my university life. One by one, I hunt them down, and finally I got myself a team, composed of Azhar Fathurahman (Burn) , Azwan (Wanchang) and the pretty Liza (Ladylurvee)...

During the day of the event, we were happy to finally meet everyone again. Honestly, I can hardly recognize Liza, mostly because we were not that close before and she is now wearing tudung. Good for you, Liza... I managed to cover up the fact that I can hardly recognized her since Wanchang made the blunder of meeting her first and also failed to realize that she is Liza.

Alas, I am glad that I participated in both tournament. Our team got 3rd place in the MMU Alumni tourney.. and my hand started aching after the tournament. Even with that, I managed to get an average of about 165 and got 11th place in Inter-forum competition, which is a fierce tournament, since many MalaysiaBowlers.com players took part.

In all, I decided that I really need to start sporting (if there is such a word) again... Only 3 games and my hands are aching already... damn... Not fit at all....
